QUAKER REAL MEDLEYS OATMEAL:
I love oatmeal so I was very excited to get this in my box. I got it in Apple Walnut Oatmeal.

GOODY QUIKSTYLE BRUSH (HALF ROUND STYLER):
I'm very excited to try this brush out. It's different from any brushes I've ever used. It has absorbent microfiber bristles on it to help remove water as you style.

KISS NAIL DRESS:

I was really excited to get to try this out. I will be planning on wearing them this weekend to hang out with my friends and celebrate our Christmas together. The design I got was really gorgeous. It reminds me of these pretty antique designs I saw once.

NYC NEW YORK COLOR LIQUID LIPSHINE:

I love lipgloss so to have this in my box made me pretty happy. I got it in the color Nude York City. It is a nude color. I do prefer nude colors over more red colors. Can't wait to try this out.

 

EBOOST:

I received an EBOOST sample in my Mom's VoxBox before and I loved it. I had it in orange flavor before so to get this in Acai Pomegranate, I can't wait to try it. They don't taste powdery and actually taste like the actual flavor.

MONTAGNE JEUNESSE FACE MASKS:

I can't wait to try out this Chocolate mask, I've used other kinds of face mask before but never tried chocolate before.

The Original Dish Drying Mat

First impression: 

Why didn't I know about this sooner? It's Eco friendly and saves me a lot of money from buying paper towels, which I have been using for years. I love that it's machine washable too.

LypSyl Intense Protection LypMoisturizer

First Impression:

WOW! First of all, I love the minty scent and taste to it. I can't get over the cute little bee that pushes your lip balm up and down. It's just too cute. It moisturizes my lips very well when I first put it on and lasted up to 3-4 hours long. I love that it has Organic Shea Butter and it's natural. I will be looking to buy more products from LypSyl.

EBOOST

First Impression:

It was a small packet and wished we got more than 1 to try out. I mixed it with an 16.9 fl oz store bought water bottle and shook it up like it said to. I know it said to mix it with an 8 fl oz water but I'm glad I didn't. The taste was strong enough with the 16.9 fl oz water bottle. It had an orange taste like the packet had said it would. It didn't taste bad at all. I wouldn't say I got a ton of energy from it but it did make my water taste better. Lol. To me it was just like any other mix powder drink.

GEODEO

First Impression:

The bottle was very nice. The scent was Island and it smelled like peaches, which I just loved. The scent wasn't strong when you put it on. It definitely didn't make you smell bad after hours of using it. I am just in love with this product and am going to buy more after I'm done using the deodorant I received from Influenster. I love that it's 97% natrual and that it fight impurities. It just does the job that a lot of other deodorants I've used doesn't and that's what I love about it.

Nectresse

First Impression:

I don't drink teas or coffee much so I decided to use this in my baking. I went and bought extra nectresse and substitute it in my Lemon Bar recipe. The main ingredient in there is sugar so instead I used Nectresse and it definitely helped make my lemon bars less sweeter, which my husband likes it like that. 

SheaMoisture Raw Shea, Chamomile, & Argon Baby Bar Soap

First Impression:

It smelled so nice when I unwrapped it. I used it on my kids during bath time and I just love how much it lathers up to where you don't have to over use the bar soap. I also love how soft it kept my hands and my kids skin afterwards. I think it's great that it's all natural. Don't let the name fool you though on this bar soap. It says Baby on there but it's NOT just for babies or kids. Anybody can use this bar soap. Lol.

CleanWell

First Impression:

I have used CleanWell products before so I already knew I would love this. I love that they have these Sanitizing wipes where you can take it on the go easily. It's good to have this, especially as a parent when you have little kids running around outside constantly touching everything from dirt to who knows what. Lol. It love that it's alcohol free so it's safe for kids and that it's all natural too.

CleanWell Natural Hand Sanitizer Wipes

I received this product in my Influenster Natrual VoxBox. I've used Clean Well's products before and have always loved them. I love that it's all natural and easy to take on the go. It's also Alcohol Free, which is a great plus in my book because when using these sanitizing products on kids, we don't want them getting that in their system since especially the young ones are constantly putting things in their mouths. It's also for hands and face and kills germs naturally. It's moisturizing for hands and has a nice citrus scent to it. I also love that it's never been tested on animals.

I would recommend this product to anyone, especially parents with small kids.

The Many Uses of Ivory

Ivory has been around since the 1800s. At 99.44% pure and being free of dyes or heavy perfumes, it makes a great facial cleanser. It has a soft scent that reminds me of my childhood. My mom has been an Ivory user since I was a child. I have been using it on myself and my children since I got married also.  you can use Ivory Soap for so many things, such as making bathtub paint, cleaning makeup brushes, spot-treating stains, making soap carvings, and making homemade laundry soap, just to name a few. With its great value {$4.49 for a 10-pack}, it's hard not to want to try all of these things!

I received a complimentary bar of Ivory Soap for testing purposes as a participant in the Mom VoxBox Campaign from Influenster and Ivory. I decided to put it to another good use instead of in the shower or on my face. I decided to make a powdered laundry detergent and use it on my clothes. How awesome is that? It was so easy to do and only took less than 10 minutes. 

Steps to making your own Ivory Laundry Powder Detergent:

What you need: 

A Shredder

1 Ivory Soap Bar

1 cup 20 Mule Team Borax

1 cup Arm & Hammer WASHING Soda (NOT Baking Soda!)

1 Ziploc Bag (any size will do) or a jar or container of your choice

1 bowl

Some paper towels (to put do everything over so less of a mess to clean up afterwards)

Shredd the Ivory Soap Bar over a bowl

At this point you would mix the Borax and Washing Soda in the bowl with the shredded Ivory Soap Bar well. Pour them into the ziploc bags or a jar or whatever container you want to use. I just used a few small ziploc bags and poured them in there since that's all I had. 

Use 1-2 tbsp. per load. If the load is large I would use 2 tbsp. 

Fun, fast and easy to do!!!!
